Orbit Launch Imminent: Please clear the vicinity!

Posted by Ben Crundwell on 31st May 2019

Orbit is officially being launched at the UK Games Expo this weekend!

We are finally here, a journey of two years of design, development and testing and we now have a small stock of specially made games which we have brought to the UK Games Expo 2019. We have made some really unique components not seen in major titles, which hopefully add to the excitement and atmosphere of the game. As previously mentioned this may be a one time only release of Orbit, and it is only selling at the UK Games Expo. If you would like to see a review of the game, Greg at 3D Total Games wrote an excellent, and I should add, impartial review when he played it last year.

2019 is a special year in space exploration for more than just Orbit though. We are lucky to be launching on the 50th anniversary year of the first moon landing. Whilst we haven’t quite spent $100 billion on development, nor do we have a team of 400,000 people working on the game, we are still proud of bringing Orbit to reality and we hope you enjoy playing the game as much as we have enjoyed developing it. It is time to look further than the moon and reach for the planets, maybe the stars will be next!

Bought it, played it, loved it! Orbit is a beautifully made, accessible game with a real sense of escalating narrative. It really deserves a huge audience and we hope you find one.
